Bell County Juvenile System has robbed many children of their constitutional rights for many years. Many children are convicted at the hands of one judge whom has a unparalleled and unethical reputation outside of the courts. Many children are detained without legal representation for months and stripped of their constitutional rights. Many parents are subject to little to no contact or information in regards to their minor child case/cases. Many children are detained without their Miranda Rights and questioned/misguided into confessions without legal representation or without parental supervision.  We are asking for assistance in petitions to launch a full and thorough investigation into the Bell County Juvenile System to include Judges, State Appointed Attorneys, Prosecutors as well as the facility and staff that house detained children For their immoral and unethical treatment of said children. We are also calling into question their personal relationships with law enforcement (to include individuals listed above) outside of the facility; these relationships should be taken into consideration due in part that they relevant in how child detainees are treated and in sentencing decisions.
