In 2000 Chicago Community Development Corporation (CCDC) purchased Archer Courts Apartments, (CHA still owns the land). Anthony Fusco is the owner of Chicago Community Development Corporation, he allowed Eastlake Mgmt to fake repairs on the property, steal from tenants, the property has no heat in certain section, the property has no side walks in certain sections, he allowed the selling of low income units to the Asian Community, (yes I have proof), he allowed AGB Security Company to steal money by signing in arm but there unarmed which is paid at a different rate.

Eastlake mgmt refuse to fix the low income units at Archer Courts Apartments, which makes the tenants suffer, I called HUD to Archer Courts Apartments in June of 2019, they found huge holes in the walls, tenants without running water in the bathroom, sinks off the wall, bugs in & outside of the units. 
It's time to take a stand why is HUD still doing business's with elm. Please sign this petition if you live in a low income Apartment managed by Eastlake Mgmt, it's time to put an end to the slum lords!
