Update Huawei Ascend Y550 (L01,L02,L03) to Android Lollipop

The Issue

The Huawei Ascend Y550 is a x64 based phone but Android KitKat does not run the device on x64 but instead they run it as x32. Whereas Lollipop runs it as x64. This petition is to make Huawei make this device lollipop
