The HUAWEI P30 lite was released in 2019 alongside the P30 and P30 Pro. It comes with a Kirin 710 chipset, but however, isn't getting the EMUI 10.1 update. It has only had 1 major update in its lifetime with the P30 lite New Edition having only been out for a few months. HUAWEI announced on Twitter:

"Hey there! Thanks for showing interest in EMUI 10.1. Unfortunately, P30 Lite is not eligible for the update. However, please be assured that we are constantly working towards creating the best experience for our users. We thank you for your patience and support."

This device has the power and capability to receive the EMUI 10.1 update, with it being based off Android Q still and being the update that refines issues and adds new features to EMUI.
