Each year more and more Rhinos are killed due to habitat loss and illegal poaching. If this issue continues at its current rate, rhinos in South Africa have a chance of going extinct in approximately 10 years (Not taking rarity and demand in to effect). While the rhinos in Africa have about 10 years left, the Javan rhinoceros has an estimated population of about 50-60 remaining in New Zealand.
