There is overwhelming evidence that many signatures are not being counted on the PizzaGate petition at the White House website, hundreds of people have reported signing without the total signatures increasing.

Other petitions have reportedly been manipulated as well, this is one of a few outlets for people to get a direct response from the White House and subverting the will of the people to be heard is unnacceptable.
