Amber Fellenbaum knew of the abuse going on in her home and did NOTHING until 3 year old Scott McMillan was already dead. Since she didn't take action, her silence was a form of consent to what was happening and she should be charged as an acomplice in the murder.

Charging her with murder would set an example (to society) and possibly save lives of other victims of domestic abuse.  The example would let people know that silence in these situations is consent and when you consent to something like this, you will be punished.
