On December 23rd, 2015, a chef at a Russian military base in the Arctic intentionally fed a polar bear some food with petards hidden in it. In this YouTube video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Dog0JUlIHu0, the Russians are filming while this bear rolls and struggles on the snow. According to some witnesses, blood eventually flooded out of her mouth. "The author of the video says one day the cook hid a thunder flash inside something tasty and fed it to the bear just for fun," after which "the injured animal was spinning around from pain for about half an hour"(http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-3372014/Polar-bear-writhes-agony-blood-pouring-snout-fed-EXPLOSIVE-hidden-food-Russian-military-base.html). This poor bear is most likely dead after having been tortured. The proper Russian authorities must give justice to this poor creature and allow those who committed this crime to receive the maximum penalty. Furthermore, I encourage the creation of a new Russian law aimed at putting an end to animal cruelty.
