Since Dec 18th, 2018 - 9am PST, the connection between mint.com and HSBC has not been working. 

HSBC has blocked, against their customers' wills, mint.com read-only access to their bank checking/savings accounts.

HSBC customers now have to manually add their transactions into mint.com.

Please fix the connection asap! 

Update: HSBC USA already fixed and is up and running on mint.com
