This all started my first day at work with speedway in greensburg pa on willow cross road.  The gm Robert Lauper starting message me every morning and every day as a friend then it turned to flirting and everything else. He would get mad if you told him no and he didn't wanna hear what you had to say.  When your not interested in him he gets an attitude. He has done this to 8 other females and has history of this. I started receiving non related messages all the time to where I couldn't go to work feeling comfortable anymore. When I would clean the bathroom he came in anytime he walked passed me and told me how I smelt good and it was hard working with me and how keeping his hands off of me would be hard to do. When he walked past me he rub up against me and say sorry if someone else saw it. When I was doing my computer training he kept coming in office and would sniff and say how good I smelt. I delt with it long enough til I couldn't take it anymore and finally went to other mangers who have done nothing at all to help me and then I lost hours and when I went to the district manager my job was over my head Robert threaten to take my job and kept texting me he was sorry don't do this to me I  dont want to lose his job like this. I sent messages to dm and other mangers and it was still never felt with. And he has fired two other empoylees fpr sexual harassment and he still has his job. Even customers have complained about him. He treats men like trash and females like he a dog with a bone. I'm starting this petition to show sexual harassment isn't okay in a work place and with his history hr is continuing to let him work there knowing its not the first time. So let's get this sign and show them it's not okay and it's not okay he is still holding his job for all the sexual harassment he has done to others and myself. He has used my record of why he won't get in trouble has well has my mental health I have not been able to sleep or anything because of him since this all happen I literally been depressed he has made sure he has cause me hell and pain.
