Hello everyone, Please call Jon Weinstein TODAY at 410-313-2001 and tell him you want him to override the veto, especially (but but not limited to) if you are in his district. You can also email councilmail@howardcountymd.gov or jweinstein@howardcountymd.gov. The County Council will vote on the veto on March 6th at 7pm. Please consider attending and wearing green again to show Jon Weinstein we have not forgotten this issue. CASA is Hosting the Noche de los immigrantes/Immigrant Lobby Night on February 27 @ 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm at the Mayland General Assembly (90 State Cir. Annapolis, MD 21401) and it would be great if you can attend. There is also a MD Trust Act in the works to make Maryland a Sanctuary state, and it would be great if you can email or call your district's representative and tell them how you feel on this issue.
