Update 29 March 2026 

Fellow Petitioners, 

We are inching are way along after 6 weeks of Petitioning and Protesting. Currently 120 Petitioners, thank you Kim our latest Petitioner for coming forward. 

This past week we wrote Tara Faganello the Investigator of Municipalities who provides oversight over the NSSWD. The request was for a New Referendum on the $2 Million Cost Overrun at the NSSWD AGM on April 6, 2026, to allow Ratepayers to approve or disappove of this significant cost overrun. 

Please consider writing Investigator Faganello at Tara.Faganello@gov.bc.ca in your own words on the cost overrun.
