The New York Times published a huge photo story on Detroit's new LED street lights. The photo here is high quality and exactly the way bright 4000K lights behave in residential areas. It really does feel like you are living with the Addams Family. Compare this photo to the cover photo and you will understand why citizens always choose warm LEDs when allowed to see the difference. AND the warm cover photo is only a little more than a THIRD of Houston's wattage. And looking at the house in the photo explains why people have to move out of their front bedrooms, especially if they are across the street and can't get a shield.
