This petition is to put a stop to people setting dangerous traps in woods and across paths to cause Serious harm Or Even death to runners, walkers, cyclists and horses. These traps are ranging from holes being dug, Branches being Cut and laid across paths and of late has resulted in nails and stakes being hidden in branches and even worse barb wire being tied across paths at head height. 

Since the covid lock down more and more people have been having to exercise in our great out doors. These traps have been happening for a long time. Of late they having been getting worse. Ranging from slowing people down to now wanting to causing serious harm to people exercising. 

Let all stand together and Try and make this a criminal act to put a stop these people Doing these malicious acts to harm people. These acts are being reported daily on groups and even in the news. 
Please help by signing the petition, to keep our great outdoors a safe place for all to use And enjoy. Let’s try and make these malicious acts a criminal offence before someone serious gets hurt.
