Closing schools have a big impact on working families and the education of our children.  It costs working families more in childcare or loss of earnings if they have to take time off work. It is 'FREE' for the council to use our schools but then pushes cost on to the parents which is wrong to do... there are plenty of other places including churches, village halls, social clubs, council offices, portakabins and much much more to use instead of disrupting our children's education and costing parents unnecessarily
