Many nerds and band fanatics who live in the UK often find themselves scrolling through Hot Topic's website, adding things to their basket and feeling quite happy. They go to the checkout, credit card in hand and go to select a shipping type. Then the screen flashes and in bold letters comes the shipping payment and, boy, is it expensive. 

So, by having a Hot Topic across the UK, sales would probably go up and people would be alot happier.
