This petition that we want to implement is to make sure that all students should have condoms in order to reduce the risk of having human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) and acquired immune deficiency syndrome (AIDS). 

Nowadays, teenagers who are experiencing sexual intercourse having anal or vaginal sex with someone who has HIV without using a condom or taking medicines to prevent or treat HIV also sharing injection drug equipment works, such as needles, with someone who has HIV

To reduce your risk of HIV infection, use condoms correctly every time you have sex, limit your number of sexual partners, and never share injection drug equipment.

And the purpose of this petition especially to the students having sex with someone without their parents noticing. It is better to give them condoms so they have a healthy life.
