Covid has changed all of our lives. It has caused an isolation that is unprecedented. Although we must be very careful to take precautions against this deadly virus, we must not lose sight that we are still dealing with human beings. It has been studied many times how touch can increase someone’s recovery and their mental stability. Not allowing visitors at all, even for small amounts of time, is cruel and inhumane. We have people dying every day scared and alone.
