Due to the Coronavirus situation at the moment Hoseasons are refusing to give there customers refunds though no fault of their own. The likes of Centre Parcs, Haven Holidays Butlins etc are giving there customers refunds so why aren’t Hoseasons doing the same? 

People need money now more than ever at this time and also a holiday is NOT classed as essential travel so we should not/can’t physically go on these holidays at this present time.
