Dear people! For 15 years I travelled on vacation to this beautiful,rich city,full of expats. Only now I found out about it. My hart bleeds . Cats and dogs are in worst possible condition,sick,dying,it’s really like concentration camp-just waiting to die. Truly. Everything was tried-talking to municipality,( people,who run shelter ,-have connections,which enable them to do it for years; taking animals out and bringing to private vets,-they ALL DIE,because of infections ,circulating in shelter;-even building by volunteers additional big clean part to shelter,-it was NEVER used. 
Animals,which are sick on Monday,are dead on Wednesday,and those brought healthy on Monday are sick by Wednesday.

I ‘ve never seen animals with such big tears in their eyes! 
Please,help!!! May be we can inform all tourist bureau ‘s-city is living from tourists,-because those,who come there,like me,if they have any empathy,wouldn’t accept it? Help!!!���������❤️❤️❤️❤️
