I was in hospital from a lime scooter accident, I was administered strong pain killers which are known for their depressant properties which include side-effects such as nightmares, paranoia, anxiety, depression and irritability.

I am a mildly depressed person myself, the conditions worsened after taking the painkillers and I did some crazy things. There had been an attempted suicide and mental breakdowns while demanding break-ups.

Those actions traumatised my girlfriend and pushed her away. The actions were later mistaken as emotional blackmail. I wouldn't be demanding to breakup if it was an emotional blackmail.
