Following his inspirational achievement of running 27 Marathons in 27 days, and in light of the uncommon perseverance shown following a previously failed attempt, and the countless sums raised for good causes as a result, we believe that Eddie Izzard should be Knighted by the Honours and Appointments Secretariat for services to charity.
