In recent days we are  seeing media reports regarding sexual crimes , Atrocities  against women committed by JUDGEs & POLICE.  However  these guilty judges & police are not legally prosecuted  in an impartial , transparent manner  as happens with the commoner  acussed. In the name of in house enquiry , cases are white washed , buried. Are Judges & Police above Law ?
