Honoring Mrs. Mary Frances Crocker - An Advocate for All!
The Issue
Mary Frances Crocker was a force to be reckoned with in the Vocational Rehabilitation community and behind. She passed away March 10, 2022.
She paved the way as the first female regional director, counselor and district manager of Oktibbeha County at Vocational Rehab and the State of Mississippi.
Those of us who had the honor of Mrs Crocker being our director feel a deep loss as does the entire Mississippi Department of Rehabilitation.
She was a giant in our field. She touched many consumer and staff’s lives. With the approval of her family, I am starting this petition to have the offices or workshop to be named after Ms. Crocker. She paved the way for many of us. Please sign the petition and share. I want to get 1,000 signatures. The petition will go to state leaders who can make this happen.
