We are extremely going towards worst situation of unemployment in India due to monopoly of private companies. It has been notices slowly all big MNCs like, Infosys, Hewlett-Packard, TCS, Wipro, Cognizant Technology, IGATE and many more such companies are now only giving jobs to person who was done full time graduation which is total injustice for students who has earned their degrees from correspondence/Part-time. Below are the pain points about this hard decision

1.       Most of the students/employees who has done their graduation from correspondence universities like , IGNOU, Sikkim Manipal University, Delhi Correspondence University, IMT, Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning, MP Bhoj (Open) University, Dr. BR Ambedkar Open University (BRAOU), Netaji Subhas Open University, Maharishi Dayanand University (DDE), Karnataka State Open University and many more which all are UGC recognized then why these companies are denying to hire a person who has not done their graduation full time.

2.       If these UGC recognized degrees are not useful to get the jobs in India then why all these universities are running and giving UGC recognized degrees to Lakhs of students in a year? Just think of those students who are from families below poverty line and can’t afford high expenses of regular collages and somehow completing their education from correspondence mode due to lack of money after completion of graduation if they will not get any job in Indian companies then those family can’t survive and will loss the faith in our education system.

3.       No student want to do his degree from correspondence universities but due to lack of seats on collages Or high fees in Private universities Or the person who’s family can’t afford fees of regular collages those people opt this option and do their hard work to get the degree, Its impossible to believe student from regular collage will be good and intelligent than person who do study part-time. If it’s not true then why these all private MNC are only hiring person who has done full time education?

4.       Best man on the job – Lot of experience persons who has more than 10 years of experience are simply getting rejection due to part time degree in most of the MNCs , person must get a job based on his knowledge and experience then how come these companies can judge a person on education mode (Full time or Part time). All (Part time/Full time) should get equal opportunities and best one should get the job.

5.      When Degree course in correspondence mode valid for IAS/IPS exams which is the most reputed and high rank job in Indian government then how come these private companies are not hiring any part time / correspondence students. Does these company follow any different country labor law ?

It is our humble plea and request to you to all kindly take strict action on those companies who are simply refusing the job opportunities for correspondence /part time studied students/employees, There should not be any kind of partiality for any job opportunities based on education mode.
