We the people are seeking justice for victor. Victor was hunted down by Clinton Joseph johnson and viciously attacked. Johnson made a homemade spear out of a knife and taped it to a pcv pipe. Johnson then went out into the Beaumont tx neighborhood and hunted Victor. The large kitchen knife was broke off in Victors back. And Victor was left to die. Victor was found in time and cared for and has survived.  Victors fosters say he is now terrified of brooms and mops. Johnson was identified and charged his court date is july 15 2015. What this petition is asking is for the judge wortham to please not reduce the charges against Johnson. That Johnson be tried as an adult. He was 16 at time of crime. And Johnson be charged as per the indictment with felony animal cruelty.  We the people are also requesting that Johnson not be able to own any animals in the future or have an animal in the residence in which he resides. This was a horrible crime and we the people of this petition are asking for punishment to the full extent. With Johnson's background he is believed to be a danger to other animals.
