For nearly five decades, Clarence “Fancy Clancy” Haskett has been the heartbeat of Baltimore baseball — first at Memorial Stadium and now at Camden Yards. His unmistakable voice, bright smile, and tireless work ethic have made him an essential part of the Orioles experience for generations of fans.

He’s sold over a million beers, been featured by MLB and StoryCorps, inspired his own local craft beer, and coached Baltimore’s youth for years at Mount St. Joseph High School. Clancy is more than a vendor — he’s a symbol of what makes Camden Yards feel like home.

We, the fans, believe it’s time to honor his decades of dedication by inducting Clarence “Fancy Clancy” Haskett into the Baltimore Orioles Hall of Fame.

This recognition would not only celebrate Clancy, but also every hardworking member of the Orioles family — the ushers, vendors, groundskeepers, and staff who keep the magic alive every summer night.
