In 2021 these two amazing officers that served the Las Vegas community passed from Covid. Their widows have had to fight for honors for their husbands. They are currently not being remembered at any memorials taking place. Their families are devastated. Their names are omitted despite them serving for 17 & 21 years. Two other LVMPD officers also passed from Covid & their families have received full honors & benefits. We do not understand why different decisions were made for these very similar scenarios. 

Both widows did not receive a condolence call from the sheriff for weeks. It's been reported that a Line of Duty decision for another family was made almost immediately.  We believe all families should be honored with the same level of respect that all officers deserve. Please do not let this happen to any other first responder family. 

Please help these two widows bring awareness to this injustice.
