Through a visit to the Hong Kong park, we witnessed some abnormal behavior of animals, such as many birds just standing on a branch and not flying around. This is due to the outdated cages that do not let birds fly freely in the “caged bird section”. In the bird sanctuary, we believe it is much better for the birds to fly around, but there are still problems. It is very close to the city and a busy road, and the nets do not protect the noise and air pollution caused by the nearby road. We also found out that the park only feed the birds corn, but it is better for birds to eat different fruits and nuts. One of the feeding spots also lacked the corn.
