Petition 2: Let HK Residents homecoming easy and affordable

We are in support of Mrs Carrie Lam Chief Executive 27 August 2021 "Building Double Barriers Against COVID-19"

We have difficulties in booking and affording the DQH.

Referring to scientific facts and international practice ( China, Singapore), we have the following plead:

1. rationalize 21 days quarantine = 7 day Q facilities + 7 day home Q + 7 day home monitoring
2. Open Penny Bay Quarantine Centre, Mobile Hospital, Community Centre ..etc as additional quarantine facilities (AQF) to returnees use.

我们支持香港特別行政區行政長官林鄭月娥 2021 年 8 月 27 日 建立抗疫雙屏障 「外防輸入」社區疫苗防護網。

我们在预订和负担隔离酒店有困难。

参考科学数据和国际的措施 （中国，新加坡），我们有如下请愿:

1. 合理化21天隔离 = 7天隔离场所 + 7天居家隔离 + 7天居家观察
2. 開放竹篙灣檢疫設施, 方舱医院， 社区中心等等为额外隔离设施 (AQF) 给回家居民使用。
