It has come to my attention that several Honda vehicles have paint peeling off the roof, hood, front fenders, trunk, doors and quarter panels of their cars. If you own a Honda Civic year 2006-2011, Honda CR-V 2007-2011, Honda Pilot 2009-2011, or a Honda Odyssey 2011-2012 you may be affected!

Honda Canada will not cover this issue as not enough vehicle owners have called in to explain their concern. In order to get Honda Canada to cover these vehicles they need to be made aware of how many people have been affected. The more people who express their concern the more likely they will try and rectify the problem.  

If you currently own a Honda vehicle that has this defect, please call Honda Canada Customer Relations at 1-888-946-6329. You will be required to give them your VIN number and advise you are aware this is not under warranty. However, you would like your concern on record so in the event that coverage is decided you will be notified.

In addition, I ask you and your friends to please sign the petition to let Honda Canada know that this is not okay!
