Public is talking about removing Reservation.But Department of Revenue is going to implement it in Promotion giving promotion to SC/ST candidates by 12th October 2015 who will be superseding the General Category Candidates who are 5 to 6 years senior to them. This step is in contempt of the Judgment of Honble Supreme Court of India in WP N0 61/2002 .
