Who: Ontarians who have ordered a Tesla Model 3 before July 11th, and have not yet received delivery. These people are uniquely excluded from the Electric Vehicle Incentive Program grace period and do not get the rebate.

Solution: Allow Tesla customers to qualify for the rebate in the same way that Mitsubishi, Toyota, VW, Nissan etc. customers do!

Why did I start this?: I am one of the people screwed out of the incentive.
