At the time of admission, we have paid 2000 INR for the caution money in our college, but it's been around 5 years after passing out in June 2012, College has not refunded our caution money back. On contacting the authorities, We have been told that they don't have Bank account details of all students, only after getting that they will transfer Caution Money to everyone. College has already refunded caution money for batch 2015 Passout.

I wrote mail to college authority regarding this 4-5 time and forwarded my account details but no response from college after repetitively follow up.

In this digital age, when college already has A/c details and IFSC code of most of the students, can't they transfer our parents hard earned money instead of earning Interest in their bank account ?.Why are thy waiting to transfer Caution money to students whose details are available with them? This clearly an example of CORRUPTION and lack of enthusiasm in resolving matters.

It's not about 2000 Rs that I want, it's my right and as an Education institute should have some ethics towards their students and alumni too.

We had spent our precious 4 years in college and they are very useful in building our future and we have proud on this.

if they don't need, isn't it College's moral responsibility to transfer Caution back to students whose account details are available?

I, on the behalf of our batch, request our Hon. HRD Minister to take action and order College authorities to transfer our Caution money back.
