Dear Friends, It is a historic event planned tomorrow as CM is scheduled to visit Mira Road for a public function near S.K. Stone signal. I do not recollect any CM visiting MBMC ever since the NDA Govt tenure. We are expecting a few nice announcements for MBMC. Hope to see all of you assemble at the venue tomorrow and witness the function. Over the last few weeks, we have seen MetroForMBMC cause taken up by political parties and Govt strongly and launching signature campaigns and making appeals to CM for metro extension. We hope they keep following up the demand with CMO, State Govt and MMRDA. We should be demanding the following at the earliest - 1) Metro Line 2/7 extension to MBMC 2) More AC buses for Mumbai connectivity 3) Better road connectivity to Mumbai through new roads 4) Smart City status for MBMC (#SmartCityMBMC) Lets keep raising our issues and demand a time-bound implementation.
