On March 9, 2022, the Honourable Doug Ford, Premier of Ontario, the Honourable Christine Elliott, Deputy Premier and Minister of Health, and the Honourable Will Bouma, MPP for Brantford-Brant visited Brantford General Hospital with a special announcement: our request to plan a new hospital has been approved! We are so grateful to our partners in health and local government, our staff, medical staff, physicians, and volunteers, and our community for helping us advocate for this important issue. This is the first step in working together to build a healthier community! We're looking forward to sharing more plans in the near future.
