The anti-vilification measures in the New South Wales Anti-Discrimination Act 1977 are being used to prosecute those who object to naked homosexual men exposing their genitalia to children.

It is not vilification to object to this behaviour. It is concerning that the taxpayer-funded New South Wales Anti-Discrimination Board has even accepted a complaint that objecting to the behaviour in the photograph above is vilification.
