ALL INDIA CONSUMER PRICE INDEX NUMBER FOR INDUSTRIAL WORKERS (AICPIN-IW) 2016=100,FOR JULY’23. ____________________
As per release made by Labour Bureau, Ministry of Labour and Employment, Govt. of India,today the All India Consumer Price Index Numbers,for industrial workers,for July 2023 (AICPIN-IW) 2016 = 100 stood at 139.7 points, with an increase of 3.3 points, compared to June’23 figures as follows:
Base year 2016=100 / 1960=100
July'23. 139.7. 9183.68
DR for pensioners for next half year w.e.f 1st Aug'23 to 31st Jan'24 has already been released by banks,along with pension of Aug'23 based on index numbers of last quarter.
Consequent upon the Minutes on understanding signed by IBA-UFBU dt.28th July’23, on extending 100% DR to pre 1st Nov.2002 pensioners / family pensioners DR payable to above category of pensioners may change after one month from the date of approval of above proposal by DFS,Ministry of Finance.( As of now no notification has been found issued in this regard)
As such, DR rate payable for pre Nov 2002 pensioners after approval of proposal by DFS, would be on full rate (ie:@0.67,0.35, & 0.24)per slab arrived as @ 1386.90%, 676.55% & 431.76% on basic pension of pensioners retired under 5th ,6th & 7th BPS/JN respectively, as per current DR rate applicable from 1st Aug'23 to 31st Jan'2024.
( THUS THE ERA OF TAPERED DR FORMULA CREATED BY UFBU/AIBEA FINALLY COME TO AN END HERE TO TAKE ABOVE SEGMENTS ON PAR WITH 8th; 9th; 10th; & 11th; BPS/JN PENSIONERS )
AS AGAINST THE ABOVE FACTUAL POSITION, UFBU/ AIBEA FRANTICALLY TRYING TO PROJECT THE ABOVE AS THOUGH THEIR BIG ACHIEVEMENT THROUGH THEIR RECENT CIRCULAR .
HOWEVER, THEY DARE NOT SHOW THE SIGNED MINUTES INASMUCH AS,THE PENSION UPDATION ISSUE WOULD NEVER FIND A PLACE IN THE SIGNED MINUTES FOR SURE.
FOLLOWING FACTS SPEAK LOUDER THAN VOICE:
✴️ Who sabotized 100% DA in Supreme Court?
✴️ Who signed the record note bartering away the retirees rights?
✴️ Who signed the settlements over ruling the pension regulations right from the begining?

Only Courts have come to our rescue..

LESS SAID THE BETTER .. IT HAS BEEN THE UFBU /AIBEA WHO DELEBARATELY CREATED HURDLES TO FURTHER DELAY THE PROCESS TILL RECENTLY.
EVERY ONE KNOWS OF THEIR MISDEEDS.

SOME PEPOPLE STILL TRYING TOPROJECT UFBU/AIBEA AS SAVIOURS OF THE REITREES...!!! SHEER HYPOCRECY...!!!
FINALLY, UNDER THE DIRECTIONS OF THE DHC, THE EVIL DESIGNES OF AIBEA/ UFBU HAVE BEEN SET AT KNOT WHEN THE DFS/MOF HAS CONSTITUED A COMMITTEE DIRECTLY INVOLVING THE IBA TO RESOLVE THE ISSUES FOR THE ADVANTAGE OF THE LAMENTING RETIREE FRATERNITY ONCE FOR ALL
THUS, ABSOLUTELY THERE IS NO SCOPE FOR ANY AMBIGUITY WHATSOEVER INSOFARAS PENSION REVISION ISSUE IS CONCERNED - REST ASSURED!!
