THE TWO MAJOR COMMON ISSUES CONCERNING THE SBI & PSB PENSIONERS ARE:

✴️PENSION UPDATION TO ALL UNDER RBI PATREN.
OF THE ABOVE TWIN ISSUES,......
ON 28 07 2023, IBA & UFBU HAD ALREADY SIGNED MINUTES FOR EXTENDING 100% FA FOR PRE-2002 PENSIONERS & FAMILY PENSIONERS.
THUS, THE ONLY LEFT OUT ISSUE IS PENSION UPDATION TO ALL.
THUS, THE IBA'S MANAGING COMMITTEE IS UNDER THE STATUTORY OBLIGATION TO COMPLY WITH THE FOLLOWING ORDER OF THE DHC JOINTLY WITH DFS/MOF:

DELHI HIGH COURT ORDERS
"... The communication dated 31.07.2023 records that the Committee had met on 07.07.2023 and 26.07.2023 and in the meeting it was decided that the Indian Bank’s Association (IBA) should submit their views with approval of its Management Committee.
The IBA has informed the Committee that the matter is being placed before the Management Committee in its meeting to be held on the third week of August, 2023.
Eight weeks’ time has been sought from this Court to examine the representation of the petitioner and to submit the report.
Re-notify on 06th October, 2023

MC SINGLA & Ors. WHICH IS ALSO ADJOURNED TO 05 09 2023 AS OF NOW. (HOWEVER, LIKELY TO BE FURTHER ADJOURNED TO BRIDGE THE GAP BETWEEN 05 09 2023 OF SCI & 06 10 2023 OF DHC.)
COME WHAT MAY, A CLEAR PICTURE IS BOUND TO EMERGE BEFORE 06 10 2023 AS ALREADY COMMITTED BY DFS/MOF/IBA IN TERMS OF THE ABOVE ORDERS OF THE DHC.
