IBA HAS ALREADY BEEN DIRECTED TO FILE ITS MANAGENT COMMITTEE REPORT TO DFS/MOF AS PER THE FOLLOWING DELHI HIGH COURT ORDER

DELHI HIGH COURT ORDERS
"... The communication dated 31.07.2023 records that the Committee had met on 07.07.2023 and 26.07.2023 and in the meeting it was decided that the Indian Bank’s Association (IBA) should submit their views with approval of its Management Committee.
The IBA has informed the Committee that the matter is being placed before the Management Committee in its meeting to be held on the third week of August, 2023.
Eight weeks’ time has been sought from this Court to examine the representation of the petitioner and to submit the report.

ACCORDINGLY NOW, IBA SHOULD FILE ITS COMPLIANCE REPORT AS GOING TO BE FINALISED IN ITS MANAGINGING COMMITTE MEETING SCHEDULED TO BE HELD AT MUMBAI ON 18 08 2023 ( "..The IBA has informed the Committee that the matter is being placed before the Management Committee in its meeting to be held on the third week of August, 2023....") CONVEYING ITS RECOMMENDATION IN CLEAR TERMS TO ENABLE THE GOVERNMENT IN TURN, TO FILE BEFORE THE DELHI HIGH COURT BEFORE 06 10 2023 AS ALREADY ORDERED.
THUS HAVING ALREADY BEEN COMMITTED , QUITE OBVIOUSLY THE ONUS OF RESPONSIBILTY LIES ON BOTH THE GOVERNMENT & IBA TO FILE A SIMILAR COMPLIANCE REPORT BEFORE THE SUPREME COURT ALSO IN THE MC SINGLA'S MOTION HEARING COMMIMG UP FOR HEARING POSTED ON 05 09 2023.
THIS IS IN VIEW OF THE COMMON TWIN ISSUES CONCERNING PSB PENSIONERS 100% DA OF PRE- 01 11 2002 RETIREES BESIDES PENSION UPDATION TO ALL.
IT'S IN THIS CONTEXT ALONE, THE SAME ATTORNEY GENERAL WHO REPRESENTED THE GOVERNMENT IN DHC, WILL ALSO BE APPEARING BEFORE THE SUPREME COURT IN LATE MC SINGLA'S PENDING MOTION HEARING POSTED ON 05 09 2023 TO REPRESENT THE GOVERNMENT IN ITS FINAL BID TO RESOLVE THE ISSUES SIMULTANIOUSLY ONCE FOR ALL. (However, In my opinion, there is no necessity for the Solicitor General to appear for this purpose. Even the sitting Advocates representing the IBA/PNB/GOV can as well file an affidavit enclosing therewith the IBA MANAGING COMMITTEE'S RECOMMENDATIONS for that matter)
