We request with folded hands to all 100% DA beneficiary Pensioners, other Pensioners, Pensioner Groups, small Organizations and Activists NOT TO THANKS OR CINGRATULATES TO AIBOC, AIBEA, NCBE, AIBRF & AIBPARC TERMING SETTLEMENT ON se 100% DA AS THEIR ACHIEVEMENT. DOING SO WOULD DEMEAN THE SENIOR PENSIONERS AND RUB SALT ON THEIR WOUNDS..
PENSIONERS SHOULD AVOID SELF EMBARRASSED. WE ALL KNOW THE TRUTH.
The problem of 100% DA was the deliberate creation of of these imposter Union leaders. Whether it was negotiation or the Supreme Court, these imposters sabotaged together everywhere.
On the day of the hearing, AIBRF fled from the Supreme Court at the behest of it's mentor. How can such deliberate sabotage & betrayal be forgotten?
The Supreme Court judgement against 100% DA case was used as shield by these imposters and they sidelined the matter and if the Pensioners demanded it, the imposters of these Unions humiliated them and chased them away.
Thus, for the last 21 years, the orgy of different DA among pre&post-November, 2002 pensioners and working staff continued.
Thus lakhs of Pensioners were discriminated, thousands died and the survivors are left with a loss of 21 years of DA hike.

IBA kept the point of agreement on 100% DA and IBA got their thumbs on the agreement. That's it all.
They will not be embarrassed while taking thanks or congratulations.
Beneficiaries of 100% DA who have passed away and those who are alive, we are ashamed of both of them that a bunch of fools are congratulating those who snatched their rights. There is an appeal to all Pensioners friends, never forgive these unions and their imposter headmen for this discrimination and disregard. The entire Pensioners fraternity is ashamed that they were once members of these Unions.
The second option of pension was obtained by paying a hefty cost, determined arbitrarily and in addition forgoing the pension from retirement till September, 2009. The conditions prescribed in the Pension Regulations, 1995 were changed. The pension option was a quid pro quo deal. Can the basic conditions of pension option, which are in the Pension Regulations, 1995, be changed to the disadvantage of the 1995 optees? Detrimental change cannot happen.
Making two pay-scales of 1616/1684 in 7th BS was a detrimental change, which the Supreme Court also quashed and ordered to pay arrears with interest. In the 10th/11th BS, making Special Allowance by deducting the Basic Pay is also a detrimental change. It is a gimmick to reduce pension in a wrong way with wrong intention. No court can justify it. Unions first make a wrong agreements and then play the game of changing it.
This is how they befool the Bankmen. By stalling 100% DA for over 21 years, the Banks in connivance with the Union imposters have pinched the pockets of the Pensioners.
Our open challenge is: stop the Pension Revision, if they can! The way the ceiling has been removed from the Family Pension, the way 100% DA has been achieved, similarly we will take Pension Revision.
12th Bipartite talk is a chance for these imposters to fix Pension on Special Allowance from retrospective effect, otherwise arrears with interest will be recovered by stripping everyone from the court. It would be better if the Pension Revision is settled outside the court, otherwise someone from IBA will go to jail! Anyone can lie outside as much as they want, but there is punishment for lying in the courts.
