In compliance with the Supreme Court Orders, IBA had already submitted its report in the above case- As alredy confirmed by the Finance Minister (State) on the floor of the house on 13 02 2023 concerning all the PSBs.
In the above back drop, the recent exclusive "one-to-one" meeting between the SBI CMD & the Hon'ble FM at her Office assumes lot of importance preceding the submission of the report by the DFS/MOF by 21 07 2023 in compliance with the Delhi High Court Orders
All three pension related issues : Ie. 40-50% for SBI Retirees, the other two common issues being100% DA Neutralisation for pre-2002 pensioners & Pension Updation are covered in the above cases as per the details furnished in the above link.
THEREFORE, A CLEAR PUCTURE CAN BE EXPECTED ANY DAY BEFORE 31 07 2023
