Yesterday I was invited at Lonavala to brief the canbank retirees about my Criminal case and Stay petition for 12th bipartite unless residual issues of 11th Bipartite are solved.
I got very enthusiastic response from about 175 retirees present over there. I could meet Mr. Prakash Patki and Mr George from Kerala . They were very much impressed and assured me to be in touch with each other exchanging their mobile numbers.

About me -
I joined Canara Bank as a clerk on 29 th August 1972 at Vile Parle East branch. Bombay and retired as Special Assistant Voluntarily on 5th July 1997.
Besides this I am a writer, Editor and social worker. I have bagged various prizes during the period. The Best Diwali issue award in Maharashtra of 1988, 89 and 90 is the feathers in my cap. I was the Centre head of GRANTHALI WACHAK CHALWAL from 1982 to 90. I was the only male in First ever Stree Mukti Yatra of 1984, I was treasurer of MAHARASHTRA SAHITYA PARISHAD for 6 years from1984-90,
I was co opted for SHIVAJI UNIVERSITY BAHISHAAL SHIKSHAN MANDAL from 1984- 87.
I was participant of Tendulkar Samvad Yatra 1984 and Organiser of GRANTHMOHOL in 1986 in Kolhapur, Ichalkaranji, Gargoti, Nipani and Belgaum for 3 days. For which 27 renowned writers and Marathi News paper Editors graced the occassions. During 2012 to 2014 I was CEO of SWASTIK HEART HOSPITAL .
REGARDING MY LEGAL BATTLE -
I was compelled to take part against CO op banks. During last 12 years I have solved various problems of co op bank borrowers, I have given Police Custody to One Manager in Co op Bank. The organise crime petition was filed by me first time in India and I procured Two MCOCA orders ( Maharastra Controle of Organise Crime Act 99 ) for co op bank Directors for the first time in India.
During the period of Second Angioplasty ( my third out of 4 heart attacks ) I was on rest. During that period BOB vs G PALANI Judgement was announced by Apex Court on 13.02.2018. There after I took the subject PENSION as my study. After the deep study I came to know that we bank retirees are being cheated by IBA , UFBU,UNIONS, BANK PENSION FUND TRUSTEES AND THE GOVT BEUROCRATES as well since 1993 till today. The G PALANI case took almost 15 years because the Justice was demanded through CIVIL APPLICATION. Hence I decided to go in criminal. No body in INDIA has tried this , even various lawyers denied to plead the case, many canara bank employees discouraged me from filing this case. They were worried that their pension payment would be stopped.
Hence I decided to act solo. I caught hold of one lawyer Mr S.G.Kulkarni from Ichalkaranji , outside of Kolhapur who is supposed to be an ATOM BOMB by other lawyers.
Through him I got two orders under MCOCA against a Co op bank.
I filed the criminal petition against the accused mentioned above .
Firstly I gave a legal notice to all the accused.
Only IBA replied to my notice. All Unions, UFBU, CANARA BANK PENSION TRUSTEE, Finance Dept Secretary didn't bothered to take notice of my legal notice. Hence I lodged a private criminal complaint against all the accused.
Smt Usha Anant Subramanium the then IBA CHAIRMAN and PNB Chairman who is one of the culprit in DIAMOND KING NEERAV MODI scam is my first accused.
Naturally the Police Machinery did not take notice of my complaint. Resultantly I approached the IG of Kolhapur Mr. Vishwas Nangare Patil.
He gave me patient hearing one day and was literally surprised to know that PS BANKERS PENSION TRUST CORPUS FUND IS THE BIGGEST WHITE COLLER SCAM IN INDIA. That time the amount involved was 240000 crore and now it is 300000+ crores . The Pension fund seems to have been misutilised by banks . Hence we bank retirees are not getting the UPDATION in pension since 1986. Since the Police Machinery not responded timely I had to approach the criminal court in Kolhapur. After frequent adjournments due to CORONA PANDAMIC I lost two years. During the period I was hospitalized 10 times . I had undergone kidney operation, dialysis and I was put on Ventilator as well. Perhaps I got second life for this purpose only.
During this case hearing the Judges were worried to see the name of Finance Secretary in the accused list and were habitual of adjournment of the case.
Last year when I insisted / demanded the order with the concern Judge the Judge tried to show me the attitude and power hence I was compelled to complaint against the judge to High Court, vigilance section, Registrar of High Court and Dist Judge of Kolhapur.
To my surprise the Judge was transferred within three days to Naxalite Area. My complaint letter was welcomed and I got the order against all the accused except the FM Secretary which needed Prior permission from appropriate authority to file criminal complaint against him.
The order was issued by the Judge to police Machinery to investigate and submit the report on 24.03.2023. Only Canara Bank Pension Trustee reported so far.
Those who have not reported and not given the statement will be issued non balance warrent on 24.03.23.
During the meantime Smt Usha Anant subramanium was chargesheeted twice by CBI Bombay in Neerav Modi Diamond Scam hence I approached THE MCOCA COURT, PUNE to file Organised Crime Petition against all the accused. The petition was disposed by Bombay High Court since my lawyer was busy with other court. I can approach Apex Court but due to paucity of funds it is not possible for an individual to approach Apex Court.
Actually MCOCA is the proper option for these accused because in MCOCA case bail is not available at least for minimum 90 days.
Moreover I have also filed a stay petition for 12th Bipartite . My prayer is unless the residual issues of 11th Bipartite are solved no Bipartite talks be initiated for 12th Bipartite which were scheduled to be initiated from 1.11.2023. The main residual issue is Pension Updation and 5 day banking. In addition I have demanded the refund of Health Insurance Premium since 2015.
The 2012 circular of Dept of Financial Services say that the health Insurance for employees and retirees should be given free of cost as welfare measure. The circular says that a fixed portion out of profit related to business of the bank be diverted to welfare of the employees and retirees.
Moreover the Pension be paid to all resignees from 1.01.1986 basing on their put up service by getting appropriate refund of PF.
The reply of My recent RTI applications to IBA, RBI AND FINANCE MINISTRY will definately change the scenario of pension.
From tomorrow onwards I shall give details of how we retirees are being cheated all these years by various Institutions . For which the alloted time of 10 minutes yesterday in the conference was very short compared to what I wanted to convey you people.
