FEEDBACK(QUOTE)
Com JD Jaideo Sharma VP ARISE writes;
J N Shukla of Pensioners Forum while stating that AIBPARC is not for judicial resolution of updation issue, seems to be oblivious of the facts of legal cases pending before the judiciary in different HCs and Supreme Court.
In the case of M C Singhla SLP, an affiliate of AIBPARC, ARISE(IOB) has impleaded through Com D K Hans, DGS of AIBPARC.
In recent Triennial Conference of AIBPARC, the General Secretary of Arise Com SBC Karunakaran announced that Arise is prepared to spend upto ₹1 crore to fight out the issue of Pension Updation legally.
As far as the speech of Justice Gowda is concerned, I feel it was apt to the occasion and enhanced the confidence of pensioners to legally win the battle.
We need the members, activists and office bearers to understand the legal issues involved in the matter of updation of pension so as to contribute towards the success of our mission.
The virtual and paper organisations are well taken for comments, reportage etc on the ongoing efforts.
Such views may be right or even wrong. We must not lose focus from the issue and continue our efforts undistracted .
We are confident that we have a strong case legally as Pension Regulation 35(1) amended in 2003 emphatically and unequivocally provides for updation of pension for all the pensioners and AIBPARC does continue its efforts through other channels like IBA and DFS directly and also seek help from UFBU and it's constituents.
We have been working in Coordination with other Bank Pensioners and Retirees Organisations under the banner of CBPRO.
We will fight, We will fight,
Till we succeed we will fight.

FURTHER, THE PENDING CRIMINAL CASE AT MMC KOLHAPUR FILED AGAINST THE CANARA BANK PENSION TRUST BOARD BY OUR VALIENT COM. IN CASE THEY ABSTAIN FROM THEIR PHYSICAL PRESENCE BEFORE THE MMC'S COURT AT KOLHAPUR AT THE STIPULATED DATE, "NON BAILABLE ARREST WARRANTS" WILL BE SERVED AGAINST ALL THE MEMBERS OF THE CANARA BANK'S PENSION TRUST WITHOUT ANY EXCEPTION - AN INEVITALE HARD REALITY.
With the Divine blessings of Matha Kanaka Durga abode इन्द्रकीलाद्रि - विजयवाद Indrakeeladri- Vijayawada, let us hope to bring solace to the grief-stricken hearts of the bank retirees in general and the SUPER SENIORS IN PARTICULAR only in the sole interest of justice & fair play.
