1 Details of exceptions/modifications, if any, from the corresponding provisions of Central Civil Service Rules 1972 / Central Civil Service[Commutation of Pension] Rules 1981 which shall not apply to the pensioners of banks in terms of regulation 56 of the Bank Employees’ Pension Regulations,1995 sanctioned by Government of India
2. The dates on which the exceptions and modifications are notified in the gazette of India
3. The copies of the previous sanctions on the Government of India to the exceptions .modifications

Sir,
Today notices are served by police machinery to IBA, UFBU, ALL 9 UNIONS AND CANARA BANK PENSION FUND TRUSTEES as per orders of Court to be present at police station to submit their say in the criminal case filed by me.
Sir,The points covered are:
1. IBA is an illegal body not registered under any prevailing laws of India. They are assuming authority in themselves and acting on their whims.
2. In the reply to my legal notice they have agreed that their establishment was in 1946. They have not renewed their registration under any law of India after 1947 ie Independance of India.
3. They are performing Bipartite on the strength of Specific Mandate from Banks.
4. Specific Mandate is nothing but Power of Attorney which attracts Stamp duty which is never paid by IBA hence all Bipartites are illegal.
5. Even the Apex Court has also upheld that JOINT NOYE has no force of law in BOB VS G PALANI judgement in 13 02 2018 judgement.
6. UFBU founded in 1997 after BEPR 95 in line with IBAs formula hence they can not decide Retirees problems moreover Retirees have not given any zuthority to either IBA, UFBU OR UNIONS to solve their problems.
7. All ammendments in BEPR 95 are with the help of Gazettes which are not laid on the table within 6 months from its publication and converted into law. For which I had made the Under Secretary of FM party to this petition but due to request of the Judge I removed his name from the list of accused for want of sanction. Actually the sanction is required while trial of the case. For this I had a strong evidence of FMs signature on one Gazzette with instructions to be laid on the table of both the houses after 15 years of the pension ammendments. Just because the order was assured by the Court I removed the name.
8. When IBA says there is no contractual agreement with Retirees then how the Retirees Health Policy bears the name IBA CANARA BANK HEALTH POLICY ?
9. The pension fund is Retirees property, we are the members of the trust then how the Trustees can take decisions about the fund without our permission and deviate the fund ? For this I have presented one RTI reply from BOB which says that they have invested 96% of the fund in share market whereas the Income Tax Rule 67 says that only 15% of the fund can be invested in shares. Rest of the fund must be invested in post office and Govt secured bonds.
10. The pension trust fund has no representative from Retirees hence there should be somebody from Retirees as a representative on the trust fund to monitor the deviation of fund.
