PENSION UPDATION CLAUSE has already been mutually accepted vide their signed minutes dated 26 03 1994 by all the constituents of UFBU along with IBA.

PRETENDINGLY EXHIBITING HIS IGNORENCE, AS THOUGH HE IS NOT AT ALL AWARE OF THE VERY EXISTENCE OF THE CLAUSE , THE AIBEA LEADERSHIP OFLATE, WENT ON SAYING SARCASTICALLY ---- "YOU CANNOT REEP MANGOES AS & WHEN YOU WANT" CITING AN EXAMPLE OF SEASONAL MANGO CROP - WHAT A BLATENT LIER INDEED..??

EVEN THE IBA TOO SEEM TO HAVE EXPRESSED THEIR DESIRE TO LOOK AT THE PENSION UPDATION ISSUE "AFREASH" DURING THEIR MEETING WITH THE AIBPARC LEADERSHIP WHO HELD A MARATHON DISCUSSION AT MUMBAI RECENTLY  ( At the specific direction form the Hon'ble FM , this meeting was convened by IBA )

ULTIMATELY, THE GAME PLAN HATCHED BY IBA-AIBEA NEXUS IS TO DEPRIVE US OF THE PENSION UPDATION ON RBI PATTREN BY TAKING ADVANTAGE OF THE ALREADY INSERTED PHRASE:

"...... Any Change therein should be introduced only after mutual agreement".

NOW UFBU IS PREPARING IT'S GROUND TO RE-LOOK AT THE ISSUE "AFREASH" & FOR FURTHER PROLONGED DISCUSSIONS DURING THEIR SCHEDULED MEETING ON     15 12 2022 AT CHENNAI.

BY THE WAY, WHY CAN'T THEY DISCLOSE THE MINUTES OF THE TRIPARTITE MEETING UNDER THE ID ACT THAT WAS HELD ON 01 07 2022 BETWEEN UFBU & IBA IN THE PRESENCE OF THE CLC CONSEQUENT UPON THE STRIKE CALL ON PENSION UPDATION BY UFBU ?? A MILLION DOLLAR QUESTION!!

DELIBERATELY HURDLES ARE BEING CREATED BY THE AIBEA LEADERSHIP EVEN BY HIJACKING THEIR OWN UFBU CONSTITUENTS.....
