This is further to his earlier communication already addressed to the Secretary, DFS/MOF. This is in the process of the contemplated legal proceedings in the matter.
This apart, efforts are under way to initiate contempt priceedings against Union Bank of India management in the wake of their following Order HR:EBD:15099 dated 18 11 2022 rejecting the representation made in terms of the Orders passed by the Hon'ble Kerala High Court in WP: 29080 of 2018.
