YET ANOTHER SCENARIO OF STRIKE DRAMA  CLIMAX SCENE

https://youtu.be/0ehinRhFJSc

MY DEAR FRIENDS,

WE HAVE WITNESSED THE RECENT " STRIKE DRAMA" ENACTED BY UFBU FOLLOWED BY THE RITUAL CLC PROCEEDINGS ON 01 07 2022 BETWEEN  UFBU & IBA ON PENSION REVISION - A 3-DECADE OLD  OVERDUE  ISSUE.

THE SAID STRIKE WAS  CALLED OFF BY THE SO CALLED  MIGHTY UFBU  UNILATERALLY EVEN WITHOUT GETTING ANY FIRM ASSURANCE  FROM THE IBA... AND THAT TOO... JUST FOR A PALTRY LUNCH INVITATION BY THE IBA THROWN AT THE LEADERSHIP ...  A MERE DRAMA  BEFOOLING THE LAMENTING RETIREES... ONLY TO ADD SALT TO THE INJURY.

"WHEN CENTRAL BANK STRIKE
WAS WITHDRAWN, WHY NOT OF
19TH NOV. ALL BANKS STRIKE?

WHEN CENTRAL BANK STRIKE
WAS WITHDRAWN, WHY NOT OF
19TH NOV. ALL BANKS STRIKE?

8 UFBU CONSTITUENTS
DETRACT FROM SUPPORT
DEMONSTRATION OF 18TH...

ALL BANKS WILL FUNCTION
NORMALLY WITH 80% STAFF
ON 19TH NOVEMBER, 2022..

REST 20% STAFF WILL
GO ON LEAVE OR STRIKE..

Today, on 18.11.2022, on the eve of 19.11.2022 strike, 8 other Unions of UFBU were to participate in the demonstration to extend moral support.
They have detracted from it.

On 15.11.2022 the Unions of the Central Bank called off their proposed strike of 22.11.2022. All the 8 Unions of UFBU expected that when the strike in the Central Bank has been called off and when the striking union called for a strike in all the Banks on 19.11.2022 due to CBI, then on 16.11.2022 in formal meeting with IBA,  the striking union will withdraw the strike of 19.11.2022. In 16.11.2022 meeting, the Senior Executives of IBA & all Banks besides the leaders of the striking union participated. The issues in the strike were fictitious, so it was not possible to reach an understanding on them, said IBA at the outset. The striking union did not have any proper answer or justification to the questions of IBA regarding the reality of the issues.

IBA asked how trade union rights or jobs are being attacked, or bilateral agreements or Industrial Disputes Act being violated? What are real examples of this? The striking union did not even have a single example to cite in reply. Similarly, calling the transfer and victimization issues of employees imaginary, the IBA sought specific information from the striking union on such matters, but the striking union maintained conspicuous silent.

Expressing full faith in the bilateral settlements/ agreements, the IBA said that for healthy industrial relations, IBA considers bilateral system as the lifeline and that is why it continuously negotiates and settles with the unions. IBA appealed to call off the strike.

The striking unions had no answer to the IBA's queries. They knew that they did not have strike-able issues at the banking level, and when there were no issues, what could be agreed upon!

As we have written in our earlier messages that the leaders of the striking union have got stuck in the quagmire of arrogance and now the are breathing heavily. Their status has become "Chala Murari Hero Banne". They have called this strike to let down the rest of the UFBU Unions. They have lost their vision and are taking decisions on whims. Striking union leaders befell Hitler, who was haunted by his failures in the final stages of his life, and eventually shot himself, leading to the downfall of the Nazi regime.

Taking cognizance of the above facts, 8 other Unions of UFBU have now no interest in today's demonstration or tomorrow's strike. Apart from this, a large number of striking union members have decided to go on leave. They clearly say that this strike was for the sake of the deteriorating condition of Union in the Central Bank. When there is Guddi Guddi in the Central Bank and the strike there has been withdrawn, then why is this strike being imposed on them.

Tomorrow all the Banks will be open and there will be normal work with 100% presence in SBI, IOB where striking Union has no member. In rest Banks, yes, tomorrow 80% staff will be present in the banks, the rest will be on leave and on so-called strike.
