The fact remains that sri N V Ramana garu the then CJI might have addressed a letter to the PM for recruiting more number of judges both at various HCs & SCI owing to the mounting pressure on the Juduciary.
Quite Obviously the same must have been replied.
The contents of both the communications come under strict official secrecy...
Thus the actual contents of the letters can not be made available on public domine.
Quite obviously......
"Pepper & Salt" might have been added to the following ananymous communcation ( purportedly replied by our Hon'blePM ) as a matter of dramatzation & satirically exaggerated , perhaps to attract the public attention.
Overall, the veracity of the truth in the following content, though ANANIMOUS , can't be disputed being A NAKED TRUTH with sound Logic.

The Chief Justice has written to the Prime Minister asking for further increase in the number of judges in the Supreme Court.
PM's reply
Honorable Judge Saheb, you have the following instructions from the public..
✴️1:- All you Justices come at 10 o'clock - Lunch -between 2 and 3 o'clock, then return home at 4 o'clock. How long will this last??
✴️2:- Come at 9 am and work till 6 pm like doctors, engineers, policemen, bureaucrats and people from corporate world.
✴️3:- Work on Saturdays and Sundays as many doctors and some officers do.
✴️ 4:- Since 1947, from 1st June to 30th June, you enjoy summer vacation. Why summer vacation in June when entire SC is centralized AC ??
✴️5:- Each Judge shall take only 15-20 days leave in a year.
✴️ 6:- Why waste time deliberately in cases like Jallikattu, Dahihandi??
✴️7:- Why are you wasting your time hearing hundreds of useless PILs filed by some professionals??
✴️ 8:- EPFO vs pensioners, why you make 3 justice benches and then 5 justice benches in many cases?
✴️ 9:- Review for traitors, then petitions for correction? Why do you open the court even at night for the poor people who don't have time ???
✴️10:- You get crores of salary and facilities from tax payers but zero accountability to public.
✴️ 11:- You live in AC bungalows, travel in luxury cars, have elaborate security at public expense, so why don't you work hard?
✴️12:- All of you will get Cabinet Minister facilities.
✴️ No need to age. Working days of SC Supreme Court should be increased to atleast 300 days which function only 168 days in a year.
✴️ Judges should have no difficulty in working for 300 days while the Prime Minister can work for 365 days.
✴️ The poor patriots could bear it no longer.
✴️ There is an urgent and urgent need to improve it.

TAKE FOR INSTANCE, OUR OWN RECENT 100% DA CASE .. AN OCCULAR PROOF:
OUR LOSING 100%DA CASE AT THE APEX LEVEL WHERE TWO CONTRADICTING JUDGEMENTS HAVE BEEN PRONOUNCED BY THE SO CALLED HON'BLE SUPREME COURT WITHIN A SHORTEST SPAN OF JUST THREE MONTHS!... & THAT TOO AFTER HAVING BEEN KEPT THE SAID CONTRAVERCIAL JUDGMENT RESERVED FOR OVER TEN LONG MONTHS!!
THE GLARING FACT HAS BEEN THAT THE SUPREME COURT HAD UPHELD THE JUDGEMENT PRONOUNCED BY THE DIVISION BENCH OF MADRAS HIGH COURT BY REPRODUCING THE SAME IN TOTO ( A CARBON COPY ) IGNORING THE THREE JUDGMENTS OF KOLKOTTA HIGH COURT BESIDES THAT OF THE SINGLE JUDGE OF THE MADRAS HIGH COURT.
IN FACT, I PERSONALLY TOOK UP THIS GLARING INJUSTICE WITH ALL THE CONCERNED AUTHORITIES.
