..Mr. Rajesh Kumar Gautam, learned counsel appearingfor the respondent(s) including Indian Banks'Association, submits that the Committee which wassupposedto consider the representation/claim of thepetitioners and similarly placed persons, is required tobe reconstituted, as the Chairman of the Committee is demitting *In the circumstances, we give three months' time to the Indian Banks' Association to do theneedful and submit appropriate report regarding thedecision taken on the proposal.
If final decision cannot be reached, the Indian Banks' Association must submit interim report before the
next date of hearing.

HENCE WE APPEALED TO THE HON'BLE CJI IN PERSON DURING HIS LORDSHIP'S VISIT TO VIJAYAWADA ON 2512 2021)

ON 17 01 2022 , THE CASE WAS ALREADY FURTHER ADJOURNED TO 03 02 2022 ( reason being that, one of the judges hearing the case was Covid affected )
AS A SEQUEL TO OUR REQUEST TO OUR HON'BLE CJI AT VIJAYAWADA ON 25 12 2021.....
SURPRISINGLY OUR PNB COMRADES INFORMED THAT ON THE LATE HOURS OF 19 01 2022 A MESSAGE WAS RECEIVED BY THEIR LEGAL COUNSEL AS TO THE ABRUPT PREPONEMENT OF THE CASE FROM 03 02 2022 TO THE VERY FOLLOWING DAY ITSELF - Ie. ON 20 01 2022 & THAT TOO, BY REPLACING THE COVID AFFECTED JUGE.
ON 20 01 2022 THE CASE TOO WAS ADJOURNED TO 22 04 2022 REITERATING THEIR DIRECTION TO IBA /MOF FOR SUBMISSION OF IBA'S REPORT IN TERMS OF THE APEX COURT'S ORIGINAL ORDER Dtd. 01 10 2021 AS ALREADY CITED ABOVE
IN A STRANGE COINCIDENCE, A REVIEW MEETING BY MOF WITH ALL THE PSB CHIEFS, WAS ALSO SCHEDULED ON THE VERY FOLLOWING DAY- ie. 23 04 2022 WHICH HAD TO BE CANCELLED ABRUPTLY OWING FM'S FOREIGN TOUR .
INCIDENTALLY, THE CASE TOO WAS ADJOURNED TO
13 05 2022 & 15 07 2022 ( ie. after Court's summer vacation ).
THIS IS FOLLOWED BY THE LATEST ADJOURNMENT TENTATIVELY ON 05 08 2022 AS PER THE RULES OF SUPREME COURT OF INDIA.. (Why does Supreme Court list some cases instantly while others take months – even years?
